"Hello Everyone! Efirende and I, TheChotta, are so excited to showcase our collaborated new @kuda-pariso line, the War Phoenix! This horse is the combination of wisdom, loyalty, and fiery personalities of our Kudas, and the power, magnificence, and literal fire of the Farrosians.

I feel the need to address our most recent event, the Kuda Pariso War. This war was hard on everyone! Although the Kuda community left victorious, we can all say there was a persistent feeling of dread. The Kudas that survived are our strongest, toughest, and fiercest Kudas, our beloved War Kudas. These horses were then bred with the famous war horses of Norranon, the @farrosianhorse-stud, to create the ultimate jungle war horse rising from the ashes of a rough battle. Due to the limited survivors, it was decided to breed non-War Kudas too, in order to strengthen the genetic viability of the new line.

In celebration of our victory, our collaboration, and to showcase our gorgeous new line, the FarrosianHorse-Stud has invited the Kuda-Pariso community and any interested individuals to join their Dance with Horse Event! "

EVENT INFOMATION

Join this celebratory event hosted on the Black Sand Beaches in Norranon. This event is a liberty event showing off the movement of the horse and the harmony between horse and handler. Our best and most harmonious teams will have the chance at 20 healthy colts and fillies who will be raffled out at this event!

Deadline: March 10th

Setting

• Location: Black sand beaches in Norranon: inspiration!

• Large bonfire set up in the center.

• Torches and lights/lanterns set up around the beach.

• Northern Lights in the background are optional!

• Time of Day: Evening through Night Time.

Tack & Equipment

If you are joining with a breed that isn't Kuda or Farrosian, feel free to wear either of our breed's ceremonial tack!

Feel free to wear any variation of the Ceremonial tack! Just halter & decorations are perfectly fine, or you can use the full set!

Don't forget to show off the GLOW from your Kuda's feathers or the FLAMES from your Farrosian's burning mane!

Rules

• No preregistration needed.

• 1 entry per person.

• Collaborations are allow but tickets/prizes must be distributed amongst yourselves.

• Art must be made by you. No commissions, free lineart or free-to-use backgrounds.

• Any breed can enter! Borrowed/leased horses are also allowed to enter.

• Photomanipulation is allowed! Must credit stock sources.

• Art piece MUST include your horse's reference in the description.

• Traditional art is also welcome! <3

• Handler is not required!

HOW TO ENTER

1. Draw your horse/horses (extra points for Kuda or Farrosian) dancing in harmony with their handler around a bonfire: link to inspiration Your handler does not need to be visible in your entry!

2. Comment on this deviation with a link to your art piece and a link to your advertisement if you made one!

3. You will be assigned raffle tickets based on your effort:

• Main Horse: Kuda or Farrosian +2 tickets

• -Full body: 2 tickets

• -Half body: 1 tickets

• -Headshot: 0 ticket

• Each additional character +1 ticket per character (max 3 tickets) (character must be recognizable - aka. no silhouettes) This can be a handler, another horse, or an animal companion!

• Background Effects: +1 ticket per entry (magic/fire elements/lighting/decorations/props)

• Kuda or Farrosian Ceremonial Tack: +1 tickets per horse

• Advertisement: +2 tickets per entry

• +1 Bonus ticket: If you draw one of the Phoenix imports separate from the main entry, you can add +1 bonus ticket. You must include a link to the deviation with your entry!

1. Each Pheonix has it's own raffle and you can disperse the tickets any way you want. Ex. I have 4 tickets (background + full body), I put 2 tickets on one import, 1 ticket on a different import, and 1 ticket on another import

2. To "place" a ticket, comment with the number of tickets you are placing in the comment section of the import!

Q&A

• Can I draw any of the Phoenix imports for the event? The Phoenix CAN be a part of your entry, but only if they are in the background or dancing with your main team!

• Can I donate raffle tickets? No! But you can donate the horse if you really want to!

• Is this the only time I can get a Pheonix Kuda? No! You can breed your own or get a custom from Kuda-Pariso!

• Can I use my own costume? Yes, but you won't get any special tickets!

• Can I borrow a Kuda/Farrosian? Yes! Feel free to reach out to TheChotta or Efirende !

RESULTS:

It may be a strange coincidence or it may be witchcraft, but many Kuda Pariso Horses have come to town to visit during October. However, as the trees changed colors and leaves started to fall, something strange has started to happen to the horses... they've started to change too.

Order of Events:

1. Some horses started loosing feathers, others started loosing fur.

2. The already fiery Kudas started turning on their owners. Rearing, biting, kicking, and some even started growling.

3. Some transitioned faster than others but they all changed one way or another. The horses began changing into something horrendous ranging anywhere between undead, demonized, ghostly, clown-like, vampiric, witchy, and aberration.

4. The local community has created a variety of homebrewed cures to get their beloved horses back. They have set up a treatment facility in a barn on the outskirts of town.

5. If you can get your Kuda to the barn, your Kuda can receive treatment.

6. Warning: These treatments have not been thoroughly tested and side effects are unknown and unpredictable.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Draw your transforming Kuda Pariso in the setting shown below. I recommend downloading this background that I made and making it your own! Feel free to change everything, or nothing and put your horse in this image somewhere. Get creative with it! But most importantly, HAVE FUN WITH IT!

Setting:

I want to see your horses resemble their original designs, but also be spooky for halloween! They don't have to be scary/horror, they can be funny too! I don't want to see accessories unless it makes sense in a storyline type of way. I would love to see a TRANSFORMATION of the horse itself! Horns? An arm? Only bones? I'll take anything!

So I accepted to lend my Albuferas to the Kuda-Pariso owner to create a new breed line, the Kuda-Pariso x Albufera Crossbreed aka the Swanish Kuda. These flashy Swanish Kudas are just like me hun: extremely loyal, sassy, playful, and energetic-just maybe not in the same way heh. They excel in endurance and dressage competitions. Also, they REALLY love water, the ultimate bitch horse, oh I mean beach horse! Either way, whether you’re a beach person or just a bitch you need one!”

I know it's a little bit late, but as one last celebration of one of my favorite seasons, how about some autumn themed mini-events with imports and point prizes?

Kuda-Pariso horses do not like the cold. They don't mind the autumn but they HATE winter. You should keep your Kudas closer to the equator. But I know, maybe your stable isn't in the tropics! That's okay...

Take your Kuda-Pariso horse on a walk to calm their nerves. Show them the cold is going to be okay!

You can walk with them or ride them, with or without tack. Maybe go for a swim (Kudas love water!) or do a trail ride to see the fall foliage!

Q&A:

• What if my Kuda-Pariso only lives in a warm climate? Great! Show off, draw them having fun and enjoying the warm weather!

• What if I still want to join but don't have a Kuda-Pariso? Ask to borrow someone else's! We have a pretty great community here. If you don't feel comfortable messaging someone you can draw one of the group horses or one of mine (Black-Eyed Susan, Second Breakfast, Blue Sugar)

• Can I do multiple entries with different horses? YES

• Can I put multiple horses in the same entry? YES
